As stated in the Digistamp Terms of Use, storage and backup of the downloaded digi files are the sole responsibility of the customer.  The shop does not accept request to replace lost or misplaced files once files are downloaded by a customer.  Trouble shooting for technical issues, such as with printers and image editing programs, is the customer's responsibility, and not offered through this form.

Due to high volume of emails, general questions such as 'What are digital stamps?', 'What is PNG?', 'What is the best medium for coloring?', and the likes that can be answered using various Internet resources like search engines, will NOT be answered through the contact form.
