Please mention the name (first and last) you used on your order and the date (exact, approximate range, or month) of order if you can remember.  This will help expedite the look-up of your record and I can better assist you.

 As stated in the Digistamp Terms of Use, storage and backup of the downloaded digi files are the sole responsibility of the customer.  The shop does not accept request to replace lost or misplaced files once files are downloaded by a customer.  Trouble shooting for technical issues, such as with printers and image editing programs, is the customer's responsibility, and not offered through this form.

General questions such as 'What are digital stamps?', 'What is PNG?', 'What is the best medium for coloring?', and the likes are best answered using various Internet resources like search engines, and will not be answered through the contact form.
